ITINERARY :
Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. After airport formalities, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore Thamel, the tourist hub of the city. In the evening, there will be a briefing about the trek.

A thrilling 35-minute flight takes you to Lukla, the starting point of the trek. From Lukla, a 3-4 hour trek descends gradually to Phakding along the Dudh Koshi River, passing through Sherpa villages and beautiful scenery.

The trek continues along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges. You’ll enter Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo, where your permit will be checked. The trail then climbs steeply to Namche Bazaar, the bustling hub of the Khumbu region, known for its markets and Sherpa culture.

A day to acclimatize in Namche. Explore the village or hike to the Everest View Hotel for spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Visit the Sherpa Culture Museum or the Hillary School.

The trek offers panoramic views of Everest and other Himalayan peaks. After a gradual trek through rhododendron forests, you’ll descend to the Dudh Koshi River and then make a steep climb to Tengboche. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, the spiritual heart of the Khumbu region.

The trail descends through lush forests to Deboche and crosses the Imja Khola river. From there, a gradual ascent leads to Pangboche village and continues to the wide valley of Dingboche, surrounded by majestic peaks.

A rest day for acclimatization. Explore Dingboche or take an optional hike to Nagarjun Hill (5,100 meters) for incredible views of Lobuche East, Ama Dablam, and Makalu. Rest and prepare for higher altitudes.

Ascend gradually through the high-altitude terrain, passing the memorial site of climbers at Thukla Pass. Continue along the glacial moraine to reach Lobuche, with views of Nuptse and other surrounding peaks.

Today is the big day! Trek across the Khumbu Glacier to reach Everest Base Camp, where you can marvel at the surrounding icefall and mountain scenery. After exploring the base camp, return to Gorak Shep for the night.

Start early to hike up to Kala Patthar for one of the best panoramic views of Everest and the surrounding peaks at sunrise. After descending, continue the trek to Dzongla, a small settlement beneath Cho La Pass.

A challenging day as you cross the Cho La Pass. The trek involves a steep climb over ice and rock to reach the pass, offering stunning views of the surrounding peaks. Descend carefully to Thangna.

Trek along the Ngozumpa Glacier, one of the largest glaciers in the Himalayas, to reach the beautiful Gokyo Lakes. Enjoy the serene beauty of the turquoise lakes surrounded by towering peaks.

Overnight: Teahouse in Gokyo
Begin early to ascend Gokyo Ri, one of the best viewpoints in the region. Enjoy breathtaking views of Everest, Cho Oyu, Makalu, and the Gokyo Lakes. After descending, continue the trek down to Machhermo.

Descend gradually along the Dudh Koshi River, passing through small Sherpa villages. Retrace your steps back to the lively town of Namche Bazaar.

Today, you trek back to Lukla, descending through forests and crossing suspension bridges. Celebrate the completion of your trek with your team in Lukla.

Take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu. The rest of the day is free to relax, shop, or explore more of the city.
